Go by train in Thailand is easy. By your ticket at the counter (left side on picture). Restaurant car and people sell food and drinks at every stations. 1st class express train 35 is a good choise. Day train 171, 3rd class is cheap and arrive in time for the nightboat. Night train 39/41, 2nd class sleeping is comfortable and you arrive Chumpon early morning, in time for the ferry to Koh Tao. |
